RIDER SAVED MY LIFE
Dear Akuma Helmets,
On March 6th, I lost control of my Yamaha
FZ1 while rounding a corner at 25 miles per hour. The
deicing liquid put on the road by the county, caused my rear
tire to slide sideways. When the tire met the dry pavement
it cause the motorcycle to launch me off the side of the bike,
landing on my forehead where I slide for several feet before
somersaulting and landing on my back. The helmet was
heavily scuffed and the visor damaged. Other than a
mild concussion and a couple of scratches, I walked away for
the accident. Without the helmet I received the day
before, I would have been severely injured and possibly would
not have survived to share this story. Thank you Akuma
Helmets for the superior product in both safety and style
you provide to your customers. I look foreword to my
next Akuma purchase.
